Truffle mayonnaise

  • 600 g chicken thigh fillet, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 wooden skewers (optionally soaked beforehand)
  • 800 g fries
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 150 ml Oliehoorn truffle mayonnaise

    Mix the chicken with the olive oil, paprika powder, Italian herbs, pepper, and salt.

    Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.

    Prepare the fries for use.

    Grill the chicken skewers for 10 to 12 minutes on the plate. Turn regularly until the chicken is cooked through and lightly golden brown.

    Spread the hot fries over a large platter and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.

    Drizzle the truffle mayonnaise over the loaded fries and place the warm chicken skewers next to it.
