Curry sauce 900 ml

  • 4 hamburgers
  • 1 tablespoon of butter or oil
  • 4 soft white hamburger buns
  • 100 g iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
  • 1 large onion, sliced into half rings
  • 8 tablespoons Oliehoorn curry sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Oliehoorn fries sauce
  • 800 g fries

    Prepare the fries, to your liking, according to the instructions on the packaging until golden brown and crispy.

    Heat the grill plate with the butter or oil.

    Fry the onion for 8 minutes on low heat until it is soft and lightly caramelized.

    Sprinkle the burgers with pepper and salt and fry them for 8 to 10 minutes until brown and cooked.

    Cut the rolls open and briefly toast them on the grill.

    Distribute the iceberg lettuce over the bottom half of the buns.

    Place the hamburger on top and distribute the fried onion over it.

    Put a generous dollop of Oliehoorn curry sauce and a bit of fries sauce on the hamburger.

    Place the top of the bun on it.
