Crispy Chili Mayo (consumer)

  • 2 burger buns
  • 2 beef burgers (preferably a bit fattier, %)
  • 6 tablespoons Oliehoorn Crispy Chili Mayo
  • 2 slices of cheddar
  • 4 slices of breakfast bacon (crispy fried)
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 jalapeño
  • Handful of lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt & pepper
  • Butter or oil

    Make delicious ‘pickled’ onions: slice onions into thin rings, mix with vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.

    Fry the bacon until crispy.

    Fry the burger for 3-4 minutes on each side over high heat. In the last minute, add a slice of cheddar on top of the burger.

    Cut the burger bun in half and lightly toast both sides in the pan.

    Spread the bottom of the bun with; a good layer of Crispy Chili Mayo, lettuce, the burger with melted cheddar, crispy bacon, jalape’s, pickled onion mixture, and slices of tomato.

    Finish with an extra swirl of our Crispy Chili Mayo and place the top of the bun on the burger.
