Sweet Pepper Mayo 900ml

  • 4 brioche hotdog buns
  • 4 quality sausages
  • 4 slices of cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons Oliehoorn Barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oliehoorn Sweet Pepper Mayo
  • 1 small carrot, finely grated
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons crispy onions
  • Radish slices

    Grill or bake the sausages until golden brown.

    Cut the rolls open and briefly toast with the cut side down.

    Spoon a little barbecue sauce into the bun.

    Place the sausage with the melted cheddar inside.

    Spoon a line of sweet pepper mayo over it.

    Top the hotdog with grated carrot, red onion, radish slices, and fried onions.
