Curry Sauce Extra Spicy (consumer)

  • 6 medium-sized tortilla wraps (Ø 20 cm)
  • 500 g minced beef
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 4 slices of cheddar
  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
  • 8–12 pickle slices
  • 1 small red onion, very finely chopped
  • 8 tbsp Oliehoorn Extra Spicy Curry Sauce

    Divide the minced meat into 6 equal balls.

    Place a tortilla on your work surface and press a meatball flat over the entire tortilla. Make sure the meat is evenly thin everywhere. Season well with salt and pepper.

    Heat a (cast iron) frying pan over medium heat.

    Place the tortilla with the meat side down in the pan and press down firmly with a spatula. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the meat is brown and crispy at the edges.

    Turn the taco over so that the tortilla is underneath. Place a slice of cheddar directly on the meat.

    Bake for another 1-2 minutes until the tortilla is golden brown and slightly crispy.

    Remove from the pan and top with: finely chopped iceberg lettuce, onion, gherkin

    Add a generous zigzag of our Extra Spicy Curry Sauce, fold it in half and enjoy!
