Ingredients (10)

  • 150 g noodles (e.g., egg noodles or udon)
  • 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
  • ½ cucumber, cut into thin strips
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 2 scallions, sliced into rings
  • Optional: bell pepper or small zucchini, cut into strips
  • 200 g shrimp
  • Roasted sesame seeds
  • Crispy Chili Mayonnaise
  • Optional: Cilantro or mint

  • 1Cook the noodles until al dente.
  • 2Cut all the vegetables and fry or stir-fry the shrimp until cooked with a little oil, salt, and pepper.
  • 3Scoop noodles into bowls.
  • 4Place the shrimp on the noodles and decorate the rest of the noodle bowl with the vegetables
  • 5Drizzle a generous amount of Crispy Chili Mayo over it.
  • 6Sprinkle with sesame seeds and possibly fresh herbs.
