Nachos pulled pork with sweet chili chipotle sauce

- 300 g tortilla chips
- 300 g ready-to-eat pulled pork
- 200 g grated cheddar
- 100 g grated mozzarella
- 1 red bell bell pepper, in small cubes
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 jalape1o, cut into thin rings
- 150 ml Oliehoorn Sweet Chili Chipotle Sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, coarsely chopped
- 1 lime, in wedges

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Spread half of the tortilla chips over a large baking dish or cast iron skillet.

Spread half of the pulled pork over the chips and sprinkle with half of the cheddar and mozzarella.

Make a second layer with the remaining chips, pulled pork, and cheese.

Bake the nachos for 10 minutes in the oven until the cheese is completely melted and starts to turn golden yellow.

Remove the dish from the oven and distribute the bell pepper, red onion, avocado, and jalapeo over the warm nachos.

Drizzle the Oliehoorn Sweet Chili Chipotle sauce generously over the whole.

Garnish with coriander and serve immediately with lime wedges.
