Sweet Pepper Mayo (consumer)

  • 10 ready-to-use mini pizza bases
  • 4 large onions, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 200 ml Oliehoorn Sweet Pepper Mayo
  • 175 g grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • Arugula

    Fry the onions in olive oil over medium heat for about 15–20 minutes.

    Add the salt and sugar and let it gently turn golden brown.

    Spread each mini pizza with a thin layer of sweet pepper mayo.

    Spread the onions over and sprinkle them with cheese.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is nicely melted.

    Finish with extra sweet pepper mayo and arugula.
