Tomato ketchup 900ml

2 slices of sourdough bread
Butter
2 slices of ham
2 slices of cheese e.g. young cheese or cheddar
3 thin slices of tomato
Oliehoorn tomato ketchup

Spread a thin layer of butter on the outside of the sourdough bread slices.

Top 1 slice with the slices of ham, cheese, and then the tomato.

Place the other slice of bread on top, with the buttered side facing out.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and fry the toastie on both sides until golden brown and crispy, until the cheese is melted (about 3–4 minutes per side).

Serve the toast on a plate with a generous dollop of Oliehoorn ketchup next to it.
