Brander Mayonnaise 900ml

  • 4 beef croquettes
  • 4 rustic white rolls or brioche rolls
  • 100 g lamb's lettuce
  • 100 ml Oliehoorn Brander mayonnaise
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons of crispy onions
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 red onion, in thin rings
  • 2 tablespoons of natural vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

    Mix the red onion with the vinegar and sugar and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Fry the bacon until crispy in a frying pan, let it drain on paper towels and break it into large pieces.

    Prepare the croquettes according to the instructions on the packaging until they are golden brown and crispy.

    Cut the rolls open and briefly toast the cut sides on the grill.

    Spread the bottom half of the rolls generously with Oliehoorn Brander mayonnaise.

    Distribute the lamb’s lettuce over the rolls and place the warm croquette on top.

    Garnish it with crispy bacon, sweet and sour red onion, and crispy onions.

    Finish with an extra line of Oliehoorn Brander mayonnaise and a bit of freshly ground black pepper.
