Crispy Chili Mayo 900ml

  • 800 g fries
  • 150 ml Crispy Chili Mayo
  • 2 spring onions, in thin rings
  • 1 carrot, coarsely grated
  • ½ cucumber, cut into thin strips
  • 50 g unsalted peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 lime
  • Handful of fresh coriander

    Prepare the fries to your liking until they are golden brown and crispy.

    Mix the grated carrot and cucumber strips in a bowl.

    Spread the hot fries over a large platter or serving board.

    Drizzle the Crispy Chili Mayo in royal stripes over the fries.

    Distribute the carrot, cucumber, spring onion, and chopped peanuts over the fries.
