Loaded fries with BBQ pulled chicken and mayonnaise
These loaded fries are a hearty flavor enhancer on any menu. With crispy fries, sticky BBQ pulled chicken, and the familiar taste of Oliehoorn Mayonnaise, you create a dish full of experience.

- 800 g fries (oven, air fryer or freshly baked)
- 400 g chicken breast
- 8 tablespoons Oliehoorn barbecue sauce
- 4 tablespoons Oliehoorn mayonnaise
- 100 g grated cheddar
- 2 spring onions, sliced into rings
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pepper and salt to taste
- A splash of oil
- Jalape to taste

Cut the chicken breast into large pieces.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.

Add the paprika powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.

Lower the heat slightly and add 5 tablespoons of barbecue sauce.

Let it simmer gently for 5 minutes so that the sauce caramelizes.

Pull the chicken apart with two forks in the pan.

Add 2 more tablespoons of barbecue sauce for an extra sticky result.

Fry the fries until golden brown and extra crispy.

Place the hot fries on a large platter.

Sprinkle grated cheddar on top and let it melt for a short time, 2–3 minutes in the oven.

Generously distribute the warm pulled chicken over the fries.

Drizzle the mayonnaise in a zigzag over the whole. Finish it off with extra barbecue sauce.
