  • 8 fresh chipolatas
  • 8 slices of breakfast bacon
  • 2 tablespoons coarse mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Oliehoorn Brander mayonnaise

    Mix the mustard, honey, thyme, and pepper.

    Brush the sausages with the honey-mustard mixture and wrap each sausage in a slice of bacon.

    Grill the sausages for 12-15 minutes on a medium hot barbecue, turning regularly until they are golden brown and cooked through.
