Ingredients (9)

Mayonnaise 80% 900ml

  • 1 piece of fresh baguette (approx. 20-25 cm)
  • 2 tablespoons Oliehoorn mayonnaise
  • A few leaves of cabbage lettuce or iceberg lettuce
  • 2 slices of young cheese
  • 2 slices of ham
  • Pair of tomato slices
  • Couple of slices of cucumber
  • 1 boiled egg in slices
  • Freshly ground black pepper

    Cut the baguette open lengthwise.</span>

    Spread the bottom generously with mayonnaise.</span>

    Top with the lettuce leaves.</span>

    Place the slices of cheese on the lettuce.</span>

    Spread the slices of ham over the cheese.</span>

    Place the slices of tomato on top.</span>

    Spread the cucumber slices over it.</span>

    Place the slices of boiled egg on top.</span>

    Sprinkle with a little freshly ground black pepper.

    Fold the baguette closed, cut in half diagonally if necessary and serve immediately.
