Grilled corn cobs with aioli
Essential for the BBQ and especially incredibly delicious! You can make your corn on the cob extra tasty with this homemade aioli. Simple, but delightful. Are you going to make it?

Mix the Oliehoorn Mayonnaise in a small bowl with 1 tbsp of olive oil, the grated garlic, and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste until the aioli is just how you like it. Place the mixture in the refrigerator while you prepare the corn on the cob.</span>

Preheat the barbecue over medium-high heat.

Brush each corn cob with olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Place the corn cobs on the grill and roast, turning, until evenly golden brown and lightly seared, about 10-12 minutes.

Remove the grilled corn cobs from the barbecue and place them on a serving platter. Serve the corn cobs warm, with the garlic aioli on top or as a dip with them.
