Brander Mayonnaise (consumer)

  • 250 grams of fried chicken pieces (for example, chicken wings, chicken strips or chicken thighs)
  • ½ cup of Brander mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

    Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan or deep fryer to about 180°C.

    While the oil is heating up, make the mayonnaise dip. In a bowl, mix the Brander mayonnaise with the lemon juice and stir well until all ingredients are well mixed.

    Taste the sauce and adjust the flavor to your liking.

    Deep-fry the chicken pieces in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy. This usually takes 5-7 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces and the temperature of the oil.

    Check that the chicken is cooked inside.

    Drain the fried chicken pieces on paper towels to remove excess oil.

    Serve the fried chicken with the bowl of mayonnaise dip on the side.
