Hamburger sauce (consumer)

  • 4 chicken breasts (lightly flattened)
  • 100 ml buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 4 bagels
  • 6 tablespoons Oliehoorn burger sauce
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 pickles
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Mix the buttermilk with the paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

    Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, longer for more flavor.

    Remove the chicken from the marinade and gently flatten it with, for example, the bottom of a pan.

    Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy in a frying pan.

    Then let it sit on the BBQ (indirect with the lid closed) for that light smoky flavor.

    Cut the bagels open and briefly toast on the BBQ for a crispy edge.

    Spread the bagel generously with the Oliehoorn burger sauce.

    Then place the crispy chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber on top and finish off with a little bit of mayo on the top.
