Satay Sauce Ready to Eat

  • 300 g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce manis
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 skewers, soaked 30 min in water
  • Oliehoorn Ready-to-use Satay Sauce
  • Atjar
  • Fried onions
  • 1 lime, in wedges
  • Crackers
  • Coriander

    Mix the sweet soy sauce, sunflower oil, and garlic. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes in this mixture.

    Thread the chicken onto the skewers.</span>

    Heat a grill or frying pan and cook the chicken satay for about 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.</span>

    Place the chicken satay on a plate, spoon a generous amount of Oliehoorn satay sauce over it or next to it. </span>

    Serve with pickles, fried onions, lime wedges, and prawn crackers, and a bit of coriander.</span>
