Sweet Pepper Mayo (consumer)

  • 2 brioche buns
  • 150–200 g Dutch shrimp
  • 4 tablespoons Oliehoorn Sweet Pepper Mayo
  • Handful of lettuce
  • ½ lemon zest and a little juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives (finely chopped)
  • Black pepper

    Cut the rolls open and briefly toast in a pan or oven until lightly golden brown.

    Mix the Dutch shrimp with lemon zest + a small squeeze of juice, chives, black pepper.

    Spread the bottom of the bun with the lettuce, a generous portion of the shrimp mixture, and a good amount of Sweet Pepper Mayo on top.

    Finish off with a few extra drops of lemon juice for added freshness or optionally with avocado and chili flakes.

    Add the top of the bun and dig in!
