Boiled shrimp with cocktail sauce

- 250 grams of cooked shrimp, peeled and cleaned
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, in segments
- Optional: a pinch of cayenne pepper for some spice
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup. Stir well until all ingredients are well mixed.

Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper to your liking. If you like a little spice, you can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Pour the sauce into a separate dish or bowl.

Serve the cooked shrimp on a plate or platter along with the bowl of mayonnaise-ketchup dip and lemon wedges.
