A thick classic hamburger with hamburger sauce

Ingredients (11)
- 1 large hamburger bun
- 150-180 g minced beef for a thick burger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- Few leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomato slices
- 2 pickle slices
- 2 thin rings of red onion
- 4 slices of crispy fried bacon
- 2 tablespoons Oliehoorn burger sauce

Fry the bacon until crispy in a dry frying pan and set aside on paper towels.</span>

Form a thick burger from the minced meat and season with salt and pepper.</span>

Heat butter in a pan and cook the burger for 4-5 minutes on each side. Place the slice of cheese on top during the last minute to melt.</span>

Cut the bun open and briefly toast the halves in a dry pan or oven.</span>

Spread the bottom half with Oliehoorn burger sauce.</span>

Place lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion rings on top.</span>

Place the warm burger with melted cheese on top.</span>

Spread the crispy bacon over the burger.</span>
